Habs Hockey respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit this website or contact us, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, an optional topic and your message. This information is emailed to Habs Hockey so we can review and respond to your request. Contact-form submissions are not intentionally stored in the website database. A short-lived, one-way technical identifier may be used for up to 15 minutes to limit spam and repeated submissions.

Fonts and technical information

This site loads Google Fonts to display its typography. Your browser sends Google the technical information needed to retrieve those fonts. WordPress, the hosting provider and security systems may also process technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. No separate analytics service was enabled when this policy was updated.

External services

The site may load official hockey data or images from NHL services and may link to Substack for newsletter subscriptions. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. Following an external link takes you to a service Habs Hockey does not control.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate and improve the site, respond to messages, measure site performance and protect against abuse. Habs Hockey does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, typography or security, or disclosed when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Contact emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to manage the correspondence and related records. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. To ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you submitted through this site, use the Contact page.

This policy may be updated when the website or its services change. The date above will be revised when material updates are published.
